How to Begin

The best way to begin working with CliftonStrengths™ is to take the assessment. It is a set of questions that you sit online, and typically takes 30-40 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers, and each question is timed - it is the intuitive response that is sought. Full instructions are given before you begin.

Even though the test is the same, what you pay for entitles you to a simplified report (“Top 5”), or a full report (“Full 34)”. I advise the Full 34, as it offers a broader picture. You can compare them here »
